@MediacomSupport I’ve been dealing with your crap Internet performance for 5 years. Nothing changes. A month doesn’t go by without an outage or a bandwidth drop or something.

@MediacomCable is down again in #wayzatamn for many many hours. @WayzataMNGov should let its citizens have access to @comcast and @Xfinity which is far superior. @MediacomSupport is worthless too..

I literally had a Mediacom customer service rep fall asleep while trying to help me. She kept asking me to hold while she looked up my info. I could hear her breathing and knew she was asleep so said “are you still there” and I heard her her jolt up. I hung up.

I love that as soon as I'm ready to start streaming, mediacom has to rewire our street to fix upload speeds. I got nothing done on my days off. Maybe next week.
